Guests, cleaning house, and throwing parties...sounds scary doesn't it?
I had a depressive episode, followed by a bad cold, today I am feeling better. I have a friend stopping by later today to drop me off a table and chairs I can borrow for my sons birthday on Sunday.
I cleaned and wiped all table tops and counters, swept the floors, and tidied up. Still I am terrified of her seeing my bookshelf unorganized and the kids rooms untidy. (They will tidy up when they get home). I am terrified of being judged..and all the "what ifs" are rolling through my mind. Right now I am taking a break...oh well helps me prepare for Sunday when I will have around 20 people in my house..only 7 of which are kids...and most adults were not invited..but they are family so they are coming. I hope I don't have a panic attack in front of everyone....seriously..they can get so bad I faint or nearly faint...and that would be embarrassing! And I just need to talk this thing out. I am excited about the decorating part. It's a Harry Potter party so the diy decor is awesome.
