Hello fellow people, I am Nour 21 year old from egypt Discovered this site from Pete's book about complex trauma just got out of a serious long term relationship which as I read more and more discovered that it was a Co-dependency, with someone that exhibts the same toxic neglect my mother used to show me and just here to relate and feel less alone in this journey of self-help never went to therapy and just been going through this journey with resources found online mainly Tim fletcher and now Pete's book.
Also, after reading that book am certainly a fight type with narcissistic tendencies, working on my outer-critic currently and just trying to improve in my relational skills would love to hear about people with the same Fight type and how they got throught it and made better decisions

There’s some good quality CBT apps around these days that can help work through emotion/thought=>behaviour processes. Similar to the type of CBT you’d do with a therapist for that type of issue:)

Hello I am still completely new to all these things and coming from a culture with 0 mental health awareness so still learning everything 1 step at a time including letting go of my sever anger issues if you think CBT would actually help can you share some resources about it.

Some of the most validated CBT apps include MindShift, CBT-i Coach, and Wysa.

There’s so many options though. CBT Thought Diary Clarity, MindDoc… Look at the options and think about what your priorities are and what format is likely to work best for you.
