Help When I Don't Feel I Deserve It

I am not religious, so cannot pray to help you. What I can do is tell you that I believe that you will get through this, and come out the other side. I believe you will find a way and use the strength you have, that is in you, here and now, though you may not actually feel it....it is there. You can do it, one step at a time....and you've just made the first step by posting. Take special care.

Thank you everyone, so very much, for your kindness. It means a lot to have a community like this. I am touched by all the kind thoughts, prayers, and words of support. I'm sorry that so many of you can relate to what I am going through. It's better today, not totally, but I can see some light shining down on me. I'll be back out as soon as I can.
