I can’t stop it

I’m having an awful day for c ptsd trauma flashbacks, I was in my eating disorder recovery program and someone slammed a door and I hit the ground. That’s the last thing I remember. then I came out of the dissociation and was standing in the elevator with urine streaming down my leg and a strange man looking at me seemingly in concern. My pants are wet I left program early. Have to ride the city bus back to my apartment. With wet pants. I’m so embarrassed. I’ve been in and out of dissociation all day. I’m so mad at my abuser who has control of my mind 20 years later.

Sorry to hear, you're not the only one who's experienced loss of muscle function. I'm the opposite, I completely freeze and sometimes forget to breathe, still completely out of our control!
