Mine started manifesting soon after graduating teen challenge, just with nightmares in the beginning. After giving up on this church up north it really hit hard though because i realised just how deceived i was and how confused, that i started thinking about what they had done to me and how much was true, that i started getting heightened anxiety which has now progressed into panic. The nightmares are less frequent now though.
