Is this only for people with PTSD?

I don't have PTSD but I noticed I "think" mostly in pictures.

When I do think in words I think in different languages - not only in my native... but to give an example: If I had a conversation with a person in a language I do think about this conversation in the language it was held - e.g. I think about talking to @FridayJones in English.

I sometimes think in pictures I cannot describe in words, like something happened or I think of something that might happen in the future and I see it very clearly in front of my eyes but cannot describe it to another person... at least not in words that make sense... and sometimes I there are things I can talk about in one language but not in the other... *lol* makes that sense? Not trauma related.

... or at least not in words that I do think make sense to other people. When I tell them they say it makes perfect sense but I feel like I am missing the quintessence.

Interesting question btw :), thanks @FridayJones.

ok, this is how i think, i think:
if i am afraid, which i am right now, because its dark and i dont like the dark, i do not think "i am afraid", i think "darkness brings fear, turn on the light..." but not in words, in passive emotions...then i like "light will awaken others, make them angry, fear anger", but not in words, more in reimaged experience...ugh...im doing a terrible job explaining this...

Basically @Tanishq i think the easiest way to put it, is that i think in emotions...attach moving images to those emotions...and then words to the moving images...its a complicated process...but the human mind is so quick.
