Zentangle has worked wonders for me, in terms of being able to slow down and switch off. I could never get to grips with Mindfulness meditation, but I think Zentangle has a similar role for me because it requires me to focus on the stroke of the pen.
I particularly like the unplanned nature - it means I can't fail as I never set out to do anything in particular. And I like learning over and over that something that looks an
