Do you have a knitting needle for him for when it itches?

I told him that if he touches my knitting needles, he will do more than itch LOL.

He is not a happy bunny though, he is finding the cast too restrictive.

Back at the hospital this morning, which could be interesting as hubby says his wrist still hurts.

I think I am more ashamed of how filthy he has got his cast after just 2 weeks.

He was dealt a curved ball today LOL.

He had the cast taken off and had it checked out by Dr, but as he is still in pain with it, he had to have another cast put on. Also having to have an MRI scan on it in a few weeks then another week or so before he goes back to see the Dr. So this one will be on at least 4 weeks. Hate to think what colour it will be by then.

LOL he asked and they said no, one colour fits all.

This one wont stay clean for long though, as he has just gone into the garage for an hour.

Well the MRI scan was booked for tonight at 7.30, but I had to cancel it at 5 pm as he was not in a good way when I got home.

Then I got a direct call from the department cancelling it anyway.

I have requested a day time appointment for the rebook, as this will be a lot easier.

Hubby is now in bed and the evening is my own, so trashy TV and trashy food to go with it LOL.

Yesterday hubby got fed up of his cast so cut it off. He said it was too itchy and was smelling really bad.

This morning it is back on held together with duct tape. It hurt him in the night when he rolled over.

Going to be fun listening to him explaining this one at the hospital.

Duct tape, the "fix it all" solution for males! I've heard of people using it on lacerations to close the wound, LOL

There are removable casts with velcro which can be opened up temporarily. Would that be an option?
