I Am Not Being Made Redundant

I would like to retract my joy at not being made redundant, it would now seem to have been a better option than what we have now. They are talking down to us as if we are dirt on their shoes, and telling us we should be grateful that we still have jobs. They are also talking about the old company as if they were the scum of the earth.

Who the hell do they think they are. Oh boy will it be fun when I go back tomorrow after having to take today off to care for my husband. Sooo if they are going o get rid of me because of his ptsd, then they had better have a big cheque ready cos they are going to need it. I say this because there have already been a few comments about my being a carer and do I work as expected and can I be trusted. Not to me but to my shop manager, she was stunned and put them straight, but she has had enough of them as have so many others throughout the shops bought out by them.

Corporate take overs follow the same pattern each and every time, to ensure they push out or identify quickly anyone who is grudged over the change, get them out quickly, implement their entire new strategy whether it works or not, then screw everything up with zero experience but attempt to demonstrate they know what their doing in that specific field.
