Every month since I'm on SSDI i make it a goal to donate. But I keep forgetting. Next month I have to OWE someone 100$. So I guess the next month I'll be able to donate. This site is very important for me. Very good site that helps ppl with PTSD.

Also why is it easier for someone with PTSD to sleep in the living room other than his own room? Because last night i was persecuted by bad dreams so I woke up and went into the living room. BTW my bed hurts like hell. I slept on the couch and woke up in the best mood.

I guess good sleep really does matter. In this case either the living room or couch was the reason I had a good dream and woke up in the best mood..

I also get better sleep in the living room than I do in my bedroom. I have questioned myself on this but since I live alone, it only matters whether or not I care and I do not anymore. I am glad you are getting better sleep now.

My guy is extremely hypervigalant so 9 out of 10 nights he sleeps on the couch. He is able to see both doors and hear what is going on outside. Even when he is "asleep" he knows what is going on. Sometimes he will come to bed in the middle of the night.

I've thought of putting a couch in the bedroom but he would still start out in the living room.

I agree with @Rain. We don't care where he sleeps as long as he is able to get the rest he needs.

Have a good night and sweet dreams!! :)
