Yeah, I was UPSET....to the point I was going blind with rage...I'm wondering if this is what my tdoc has been trying to get me to feel inside towards my mother...I'm sure it's there, I felt it rise one time only, but before and since it's been all about taking it out on me.

I wanted to run last night but had nowhere to go. I don't know why I don't allow myself the right to let my husband take responsibility for doing some thing I KNOW is wrong but rather half way through I feel like I'm the beast for being upset about it. All I hear in my head is "you know, he does put up with a lot from you so you have your nerve getting upset about something".

ARGHH, how frustrating is that?!
