I am double posting -- I put this in Anxiety & Panic Attacks on the sufferer side of the forum, but us supporters need stress management tools, too.
There is an application for Android and iPhones called iChill. It's in the Apple store and the Android market. My therapist pointed me to it. (It was created by the Trauma Resource Institute.)
There are exercises you can use to strengthen inner resources for calming and grounding when you're not in a triggered or stressed out state, and it will help you get in touch with positive resources and techniques when you're in a difficult spot.
It's free to download.
