I've been threatening to do what you're doing for a while now, lol.
The best of luck in shedding those pounds, it's a good challenge and one that I lack in self discipline over. I still tend to comfort eat in order to run away from the bad feelings, and comfort eating with carrot sticks rather than a packet a crisps just doesn't seem to work.....lol.
I've ordered myself a treadmill, because although I'm in recovery, I still have probs in being around people, so the gym isn't a choice for me at the mo.
I like what Anni has written too, * 'buy a set of even one pound weights to carry when walking or even have habitually around the house.' * I walk my dog a lot so I'll buy some of these pound weght and strap them to my wobbly bits.
