I'm Doing This For Me, Because I'm Worth It

Week one went well. I didn't blow it all on a Friday night blow out as I have done in the past. Yes, I had wine, pizza and a mini magnum but in much smaller quantities. Only a couple of slices of pizza.

I weighed myself for the first time this morning and OK it is bad, but not as bad as I thought. Now I just need to continue doing more of the same.
 
I'm glad your doing well KP. Little by little.:tup::tup:

I've cut out sweet cereals and am now only having a small quantity of whole grain stuff.

Lunch was Warberton's Thins (Lovely low call bread, give it a try KP). I had a bit of goats cheese and chutney with salad and it was yummy! I have also discovered, thanks to my sister, Laughing Cow Blue Cheese Spread, it's low fat! I just have half a triangle on a cracker or sandwich and it's great!

Evening meal was a smoked salmon fishcake on a small portion of rice with some beetroot and some home cooked parsnip crisps (chips). I also had half a glass of wine.;)

Treats: apple mid afternoon. 1 Belvita biscuit after tea.

I don't feel at all hungry. Tomorrow I'm making low fat meatballs in a tomato sauce. :tup:

Inspirational.

I've been so good but tonight I'm 'NOT doing this for me' LOL

It is Bonfire (Guy Fawks) Night and I have baked spiced cookies and made treacle toffee so I will have 1 cookie and a few nibbles later when favourite eldest sets the fireworks off (with a glass of mulled cider) and then back to being good tomorrow!
