I have neurological disorders as well and I think abuse so young effected my brain chemistry in multiple ways. Yes, PTSD is one of those effects but..........
Firstly well done for recognising you need help.
As a person myself with a plethora of conditions including CPTSD, my guess is that this comment you make ought to be your focus in order to understand your health and what is and is not a psychotrauma injury such as PTSD and CPTSD.
If you do not what causes and creates your symptoms (that is what is clinically defined as the mechanisms behind your symptoms) then neither you nor a medic or clinician can devise an appropriate holistic treatment program for you.
It might well be that moving to a home of your own could be the first way to improve your health or way of assisting your recovery, but this same plan could make things worse too depending on what mechanisms cause your health problems.
The need for support in your life; whether that help comes from clinical professionals such as medics, psychologists, social workers etc. or whether that help comes from your family, friends or work colleagues is key. Get real, based on what you say, it is virtually certain that you need local support, even with access to this website.
Check out what is available locally from statutory services and charities, then take a hard and realistic look at the full extent of your needs. Will you for example need somebody to keep you on the right road for handling your health (even ensuring you eat and drink sufficiently) and finances (priortise bill payments, budgeting etc.)
Whilst, from what you say, you clearly cannot cope with your mother's comments surrounding things like your hairstyle or whether you have a nose ring or not, these things can be a normal part of growing up for young people. People with neurological problems might need extra years of development before they reach life's usual maturity milestones. Perhaps there is somewhere local where you can get to know similarly aged people with similar disabilities to those you have? - these people would help you to identify what is normal for people with your neurological conditions and what is psychotrauma related PTSD and or CPTSD symptoms.
