I'm sorry to hear this. But I also think, if this is the situation, then you really only have three options for yourself. Leave (which you said you can't/won't do), support him as best you can while he works on better (which you said he can't/won't do), or accept that it's going to be a really difficult situation.

There's no real 'workaround' for multiple uncontrolled mental health issues.
