Is It Just Me Or Does Everyone Feel This Way Sometimes?

Yes to all of it. If I can notice some of that, it helps to go for a walk (moving but organized...take my dog along too). Or some kind of mindful but semi-challenging exercise like yoga or Pilates...or playing an instrument or working on a project I like...just something to organize my attention (better if it uses a little more energy if I'm very fidgety).
 
Aww, me too, but I can't grind my teeth anymore because too many teeth broke off and fell out. Not sure, but I think the jaw clenching may have been a factor in that. The jumpy bouncing leg, if it's a steady rhythmic thing, burns over 200 calories per hour while the rest of you sits perfectly still. Sorry I don't have any suggestions. Didn't seem to be medication related with me, I was worst of all when I wasn't medicated. Maybe ask your p-doc anyhow, they might have some ideas.
