Well done for showing up! That takes courage.
That also resonates with me. I try to not be seen. I'm very successful with it as many people forget meeting me. Which then back fires and feeds into my dread of then not being seen even though I did 'show up'. A vicious little dance I play with myself. Which might not make sense in how I describe it.
