Just waking up and I am determined to make a good day of it for me. My spouse is still deep in her depression. As long as she is safe, I am going to live my life as I need to.

I am here if anyone needs a virtual hug or someone to scream at or whatever.

Yeah I am having a tough time of it recently. To be honest, I am wondering if my relationship is over because of the extreme isolation that has taken hold. It's honestly as if he has dropped off the planet.

I was determined to do something nice for myself today but everything seems to be in a haze, so I am trying to take it easy on myself and just relax.

I totally get that. Sometimes even something very simple like smiling at something on TV or the radio can do a lot.

Thanks so much for your support. I read your post a few nights ago and I just wanted to mention that I too have witnessed dissociative amnesia. It's not common but the last one was extreme and is what has led to the current state of affairs.

Just want to let you know that you are also not alone.
