I will ask my doctor for a referral, I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, my mom and sister both had ovarian cysts. I mean I gotta rule it out. Sending you strength and empathy.

I'm sorry your hurting so much. I understand about being a virgin when "it" happened and it does cause some very bad times later in life. (I was between 9-12 years old) I also remember trying to ride a bike and how much it hurt. I can remember sitting on my bike and looking at the house. I then "decided" and told myself that "I guess I'll be alright". Then just forgetting it. Now, as an adult, I can look back and imagine the physical and emotional pain that she/I must have felt. Hugs and support to you (( )) - if you accept them.

I keep a fertility log and have noticed I almost always have a panic attack around ovulation. I also have depression and dissociation issues when menses is approaching.

As I grew up, I realized that a lot of my pain and dissociation happened during "that time of the month". The doctor told me that your hormones are very busy that time of the month. I look back now and also realized that having anything red down "there" was causing me memories and nightmares.
