So, yesterday was 1st day of taking lamotrigine... I didn't sleep at all!! :( I really miss the sedative powers of quetiapine that knocks me out within an hour for a solid 8 hours :( I have mitazapine to take to help sleep if needed - think I'll be taking it tonight!! & I have a feeling diazepam I have may end up getting used... Urgh! I said to psych I needed sleep as my biggest worry...
