Amazing how fast the limbs get weak when out of action - glad you got the cast off Tessa. Sometimes physical therapy to get going again is a good thing. :-)

Yer, it grosses me out also when I've had casts removed, then looking at the dried up, wrinkled dead skin that hadn't been washed for six weeks. Worst ever smells too....
