Log Your Daily Exercise

The last few days have been very active with weight training, some krav maga and some running. I am enjoying the aches and strength of the weight training and I can already feel a difference in my balance as well as metabolism. Sleep is good these days. I am doing weights in the am - upper body one day then alternating lower body targeting specific muscle groups on specific days.

I fit in a quick 5-10k without feeling too fatigued. Days when I hear the muscles chattering I don't push it with a run since I don't focus as well under those conditions and am more likely to twist, pull or break something lol.
 
Here she is in her basket that she travelled 30km's in around Melbourne.

We started with a towel yesterday, as we wanted to keep depth to ensure she didn't try and jump... which she did a couple of times, though was harnessed in. We boosted it up after that ride, as she got quite comfortable with it all... and she now has a sheepskin base with her towel over it for warmth.

It was funny to watch, as Nicolette rode down hills she would tuck down and under Nicolette's butt at the back of the seat, to avoid the cold wind that was here yesterday. People would see her and you could hear the cute comments... very funny.
 
Time to update:
3.2 km - Tuesday
3.2 km - wednesday
3.3 km - thursday
2.1 km - friday

Feel very exhausted and I will take rest today.

I had to make adjustments and it was fun. I consumed some more energies and didn't feel strain on body. This walking has made me aware about areas where I can make changes and not waste energy. Laziness has also gone. That is big relief for me. Less mental battle.
 
As I'm getting older, putting on a bra is getting to be an exercise in itself (forgive the TMI). Then you start running and getting exercise and you get black eyes....never mind.

My exercise was not getting so pissed off at hubby for being an a-hole (calm....total calm) and watching my stepson getting chewed out by his grandmother. Hey, I moved my eyes!!!! That's exercise, right?

@anthony, Lily is adorable. Many well-ridden miles to you all.

1.5 hour weight workout friday and then just a long run (15.8k) yesterday. Long night of work last night and now work on the house today so most likely a rest day today.
