1.5 hrs weight training yesterday and today and then I grabbed a chance to join some of my buddies for a P90X3 CVX workout. I like the CVX because it's cardio with weights. I lightened up a bit and used the 6lb for all my exercises (a bit of a back tweak from lifting and carrying stuff this weekend at work)
Winter doesn't want to give it up in my corner of the world and I gotta say I am pretty tired of the cold now. I just want to throw on a tank top and shorts and go. Too much of this layering, hats, gloves, hidden ice... But spring is close enough that I can almost taste it in the air!
