@Dragonfly-Dawn - loving the weather (although the last few days have been stinking hot and humid - but it hardly lasts so I am enjoying those trickles of sweat down the back when least expected lol)

Tuesday bike ride (with chamois) about 30kms -

Wednesday, 20k bike ride - and rushed home to watch the Pan Am games. A quick 5k night run afterwards to feel my feet on the ground.

Today I arranged my work day so that I can get in a lake swim with Homer this afternoon.

@City Slicker, yes it's been hot and humid around here as well. Some rain in the evenings which is nice. You just gotta love all the fun places you end up soaked from sweat! As long as it doesn't drip in my eyes I'm fine haha! You can always tell by ones face when that happens. It stings!!!

Have fun with homer at the lake, enjoy your swim!

A nice x-trainer session followed with a 5km run. Damn it feels nice after exercise.

I'm struggling a bit today -- maybe that is being a little mild -- but getting my arse down to the gym and workout, minimised a whole lot of possible damage that PTSD was starting to kick my arse for the day.

Put back in place a lot now.

I had far to much on my mind last night. I went straight to bed, so logging it now.

One hour of spin, followed by an hour of bootcamp. One of the most intense classes I've attended. Than half an hour of grip strength training and obstacles.

My trainer brought up a scary option... He says I'm good enough to compete in the OCR World Championships. He wants me to come with. Don't think I'm ready. He doesn't know why I continuously work out. I really wasn't doing it to compete. Neat idea though!

Enjoy your day to the best of your ability everyone!

I went for a walk just now, and it was beautiful outside. The air was fresh, as not many cars were out and about. I am recovering from gall bladder surgery, so this is the first time in a week in a half that I have done something akin to exercise. I did not walk far, I noticed that my body needed its energy for healing, so I turned around and walked back home. I feel good. I hope I will sleep better tonight. Getting some exercise in a day generally helps me with that (even though I am in a manic right now).
