My son tried ketamine treatment, but unfortunately it went sideways and put him in a bad place. He is still trying to recover from the blow. Would appreciate any ideas for advanced treatment for vivid memories of details of sexual trauma. Thanks for your help.

EMDR is meant to be the gold standard. I haven done it though, but many others have here.

In my experience, working through those vivid memories takes some time. Learning how to regulate. Learning triggers. Learning whatrhappenijg in the body.
Trying so hard to remember it's not happening now even when everything in your mind and body is saying that it is.
