Froggie, I've had cancer several times, and I'm still here. twice they gave me 6 months outside. That's been years ago. I started with cervical cancer, than ovarian cancer, than urethral cancer, than a tumor in my left foot, and now my right arm. They tell me I have have an enlarged spleen, growths on my liver and right kidney, and I've noticed a lot of scaly patches on my body. But ya know what, I can so understand about the waiting. I personally think in my case, it's because I'm over 67 and I don't have insurance outside of medicare. They keep telling me I'm a high risk so I have to keep doing all this stuff that's ridiculous. I go through all the hoops, and the damn tests still don't get done. The next time I talk to my doc, I'm going to tell him to just forget the tests. Take the newest growth off my arm so I don't have to look at it every day. I don't even want to know what the other stuff is any longer.
I'm feeling better than I've ever felt in my life, mentally and physically (today). You have given me courage my dear. This thread is wonderful to read through. All the support you got from your friends here and at home. I'm really really happy for you. I'm sure your Heavenly Father is proud of you too.
