Me And My Cancer Adventure

Hi Froggie,

I am sorry to hear the chemo is making you so sick. I remember the time that nothing would work, but keep in mind it will pass. Don't forget to keep sipping water to try to stay hydrated and if apples and pasta work, remember to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. (Probably telling you things you already know.)

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers my friend. It is a tough battle, and keep fighting the good fight.

Froggie, sometimes raw fruits and veggies can be rough on the stomach. Just my experience due to major stomach issues...and I believe your stomach counts as more than an issue! Bland, soft food would be better for now. Like mashed potatoes.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this. I wish you a relief from the pain and nausea. Know that we are all surrounding you, if in spirit. Keep us updated when you can. Prayers, if you accept them, are with you.

(((((((((((((((Froggie))))))))))))))). Sending calming, soothing energy. Have some special candles burning as well!

The pain is hard, but I think it is the cancer is being attacked. I do expect miracles for you. Rest when you can as your body is working hard to replenish with good cells.

I am also holding the families hands.
Behemoth Hugs, Whitney

I am praying for some good relief for you with the pain and holding down food. I am so sad that you are so sick. I feel so helpless and so powerless to give you any comfort. I am very sorry you are in so much pain. I hope your doctors can give you stronger pain relief. Hugs and prayers.

I don't know if it will help or not but I recently read on a web site about the flu that sometimes drinking water through a straw can help. It did not explain why. Maybe it's just getting the fluid past part of the mouth and tongue. Maybe it is just that there is less volume.

Anyway, thought I'd pass it along.

We all are thinking of you!

Have you tried graham crackers? I do not have your chemo, gosh, but whenever they bump the Rheumatoid- Arthritis- dose methotrexate up, my system goes into some serious objectioning. No idea why graham is good, seems to not just stay down but also helps.

Lighting a candle in my head for you, lovely Froggie. Need to go get some non-queasy ones. ((((( Hugs and Prayers and Light )))))

An affirmation for you, Froggie.

I salute my own courage, commitment, and persistence in my efforts to reclaim my strength.
From the book: Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal.

Keep going girl. You're doing better than me. I'm proud of you.
