Hey All
I'm not sure if this is actually the correct area to post this but I thought it might be helpful.
I know that many of us look for some kind of mental diversion from some of the stress caused by PTSD. Some of us read, or do something physical or game online or something that diverts our attention from some of the things that bother us.
I've found a site that I find both a nice diversion and something to improve ones cognitive abilities. The site is called lumosity.com and the link would be www.lumosity.com
It uses a game like atmosphere to challenge you mentally and I find it helps to both reduce my stress and improve my mental abilities. The only catch is that the first few sessions are free after which you have to subscribe to the site to continue. I think it's worth a look see, if that's something that interests you, and then you can make up your own mind about it. Enjoy.
