Imagine that everything is a video game, and my body is the main character.
That's a pretty good description and I can imagine that.
I kind of ignored that statement, I ignore most things that put me and psychiatry in the same sentence. I'm ignoring my T, too.
And what's your reason for doing that?

Kiddo, I'm worried about you. This isn't a good way to live, and I'm sure you know that. You're WAY to valuable a person to just let this go. There's help out there somewhere, and a path to a better life. Somehow, we've got to find it. I was thinking this T you're seeing now was ok, but maybe not?

Glad it's understandable and not just jibberish.

And what's your reason for doing that?
I don't want the help they're trying to give me, I don't want therapy and I definitely don't want inpatient treatment. I just...nope.

The T I've got now is the 9th T I've had and so far she's the first one who doesn't drive me absolutely f*cking insane, all other's I've had made me feel like they were treating me either like a little child or like an imbecile. She's nice, I just don't feel like talking to her because I don't want therapy at all.

You write very well. I felt like I was there with you during your walking at night. (((hugs))) I did that too as an teenager as I was restricted or punished a lot. Confinement is not everyone's friend, especially for the hyperactive or fast thinker.

Talk therapy is not for everyone either btw. My Son does Somatic Therapy as he was trapped in the disassociated states that you appear to be describing as you venture. Do you have that there?

If traditional talk therapy is not for you, you might consider acupuncture and/or EFT Tapping. Both utilize meridian points on the body to release blocked energy stored in the body. The Tapping you do on yourself- it's not somebody laying their hands on you. The acupuncture needles don't hurt- it feels like a snowflake landed on you.
