Well done for persisting with the hot-line. It might have been stupidly difficult to get through but a lot of good happened when you finally did. Don't be worried about calling them again if you feel the need.

Update:
I now have an appt with my T.
Thanks everybody for helping to keep me afloat. It was pretty dark there for awhile.
