you know I am a whole lot more confident about myself now and I really appreciate you and everyone who I talk to online because I have been so lonely and I mean lonely pushing everybody away and being in my feelings and head because I couldn’t tell my kids or family about my dreams or thoughts so this has helped me out a lot and I appreciate all y’all

They let me go not the other way round. I was left protecting those that had been hurt but I was hurting from something else. I still am hurting and yet like a sucker I'm still fire-fighting and still getting burnt so yeah I'm asking for help.
