Thanks it has been nice, but I'm struggling this week trying to cope with the recent triggering from this guy. I've tried lots but he really provoked a huge surge on negative thoughts I can't get my mind off of even though I know I shouldn't think them. Been trying not to lash out around those who surround me but it's not easy and Bubba has been clinging to me constantly, he knows I'm not ok. It makes me glad he's so receptive to me.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for sharing your story. You have just received a lot of diagnoses in a short period of time, that can be overwhelming for sure! Doing research and reading about what you have to face to heal, is going to be your best defense against all of this. I am sorry to hear what you are having to go through, but glad that you have such a good companion, it's obvious how much you care for him.

New chapter in my story, was informed yesterday day that my mom is dying and not expected to make it to Friday, not sure I have the tools to deal with this yet I'm just learning about my disorders, how much more must I endour before it gets easier so I can have some breathing room
