Those were all taken in Leon except for the first one. The first one is of one of the volcanos on the way to Leon. It was a one and a half hour drive and insane the whole way. Between the taxi's , buses, motorcycles, horse and cart and the grazing animals on the side of the road. It made for a very interesting drive. Not speaking the language proved to be quite a barrier.

I was in Leon and met with a person I had been talking to on the phone for 6 months. Yes this was business trip. I was getting rather concerned when he was running late without letting me know. Well he finally arrived and we went to see the facility.
When we were done we went to a restaurant under trees that I have no idea if there was anything else around us. The stars were magnificent. The food was very good and all very fresh. My favorite was the fresh mango juice. We were accompanied by some of his employees and I was grateful that 4 people spoke english.:tup:
Lets talk about hot... I think I was drinking about 16 to 20 glasses of water a day.
The most amazing thing about this was I was made to slow down. Not being able to speak the laguage or understand it made for a rather quiet day. This town at night was pitch black and quiet. The hotel was very safe and locked and guarded at night. My room had many locks. I slept well and was quiet at ease.
Maybe the fact that nothing there even felt like a threat. I had preplanned in my travel and removed my jewlery. I traveled in the streets with 2 credit cards and $15 cash. I was also told that it was very safe to walk around. Just a whole other world. I did get triggered a few times but all in all I enjoyed my time there even in the heat.

Got in the hotel Car and was driven to Granada about two hours and 10 min away.
The question has crossed my mind of how crazy am I.
