Hey, so I'm really bad at these but I shall give it a go.
My name is Emily & I've been dealing with PTSD for about two years now. Apart from PTSD, I've also been dealing with depression, anxiety, insomnia, and dermatillomania. Some days I wonder how I've been this strong (by the way, I'm not suicidal) because of how betrayed and hurt I was. I have good days and bad days. At times it feels like I have more bad that good and the good blur together with the bad. I'm a full time student studying Psychology, which can be triggering but my professors understand & I work through it, somehow. I'm not usually the best one
