New Carer Trying To Find How Best To Help Him Without Destroying Self In The Process.

A step forward though! I persuaded him to start up his journal again! He's been reluctant and sullen everytime I mentioned it for several months, but I explained to him that it was so important to have the good times written down to buffer you against the bad times.

Admittedly he's only putting nonsensical stuff (he can be the funniest person I know and it shows in his writings) in it at the moment, but haha! A step in the right direction!

Today is a good day. Feeling a lot better, no longer feel trapped in negative thoughts. The change happened sometime last night.
