Welcome to the forums! I see you have a few other posts. Do you have a therapist? I think that is the best thing that you can get for yourself so you can get onto the path of healing (as it sounds from your love post that things are really rough for you).
There are so many great posts here, take the time to read them, they will be of great help. Take Care
