hi guys

my name is jeffrey visser coming from a small town in the netherland i got diagnosed for ptsd a few months ago and also have been brought to a mental hospital for suicidal toughts/deppresion... now i have been working for a few months since the therapists tought it wasnt neccesary anymore to stick around... But now i found myself in the same situation again only much worse than before i just feel like giving up... i came here to talk to people who feel the same as i do and understand me...

I am SO sorry for the struggles that have brought you here, but am happy that you ARE here!

You are VERY welcome here, and yes, we
DO understand! You are NOT alone. You will be encouraged, and maybe you, and your story may help someone else. It's VERY difficult to cope in a world where people are judgemental, and really don't want to understand. There is no judgement here.:)

I have found that the most important thing about getting better, is to reach out for help. That's what you are doing here.:tup:

It's good to read others' stories, and to tell your own. It's helpful sometimes to get the swirling thoughts out of our heads, into
"black and white", to read when you want to look back to where you started. Other people may or may not read it, and offer some encouragement and/or advice and friendship.

I know how "loud" and insistent the desire to give up can be, as we have fought the same
"voice". It does get VERY old and hard to fight, but giving up just isn't an option. :hug:

I hope that your days get better and better, and that your nights aren't quite as dark!

its very difficult indeed... and at this moment i feel like im stuck in a circle where i cant get out off.. im getting fired very soon because "you are in a different world" im getting more desperate and started drinking and blowing im starting to dissapoint my parents but they just dont understand... nobody does except the ones in the same situation...
