Sexual Abuse

Yesterday I had a nightmare in which I was again back to the sexual abuse which happened years ago. I feel very anxious and scared of that man. Throughout his life he has tried to take advantage of me. He is a cousin of mine. I have complained to my family many times but they do nothing about it.
