You want physical anger exertion - try this
Take a bucket of medium size rocks 2-3" and hit and aim at a 3'X3' foot piece of plywood. You can paint a target or Place a big I on it. Keep repeating until exhausted or ready for a walk. It has noise, physical force, and you are targeting your anger.
