What is it with people always having to be in other peoples faces.

Those people that always have to share their "Accumulted" vast expanse of knowledge.

Them that never know when to STFU.

The ones that have to have the last word.

Those that hold the status of "insert analy retentive rank/position" that think they are better just because they hold a job title.

The guy in your street, him at work or worse. You get them every where, the ones who never understand why nobody would piss on them if they were on fire because they think they are the center of the party. The one that if you tell them, go running and complain to some one higher up the command chain that you were mean, getting you a written warning in triplicate because mommy wiped there ass once to often.

No idea, but it is reassuring that the english language has more words for them than the Eskimos do for snow.
My nan used to say 'Empty vessels make the most noise'.
One thing I do know is they have all had a triple irony by-pass, and sarcasm and hints are lost on them.
Perhaps that's how they develope, immune to the gentle bollockings that make most of wind our necks in and stop being twats.
