LOL, what fun I'm already having. What a different view of the future in just a few short days. Not so long ago I was feeling pretty bad, but as life would have it, a beautiful surprise occurs. Bought a few baby things today, again, and bought a little 'hope chest'.

Congratulations. I can't wait to be a grandparent too. Our oldest is 24 and I'm hoping she'll pop one out in the not too distant future.
Considering I'm a bloke, I get rather broody. I miss having a baby to hold and love. My wife is always taking the micky out of me for getting broody everytime I see a cute bubba. The great thing about grandchildren is that you can hand them back! Heehee. I'm glad my days of being parent to a baby are over but I miss it too. Weird huh?
Anyhow I hope you have lots of fun being a grandparent and your son/daughter? has an easy birth and a healthy baby.
