I am sorry you are feeling so on edge. I don't know your situation, but I am wondering if you could at least talk to your therapist on the phone if you can't see him or her for a while. Sometimes just talking to mine for a few minutes helped.
The two most important things I can do to make the odds of sleeping better are work outs and mindful meditation.
Sometimes though no matter what I do, I can't sleep or get very little. Then I try to make the best of it, doing comforting things like creating soul collages where I cut out images I like from magazines and arrange them on paper in a way that makes me happy. Stuff like that.
