Any other supporters of combat vets notice there sufferer is in a "funk" or isolating pertaining to the anniversary of the 9/11 here in USA.
 
Im a sufferer, not a vet BUT your post or thread you just started pointed out something in me. Tomorrow we are having a big event in our town. I want to go, but am also afraid of something really bad happening. I didn't understand "my problem" until now. Im so afraid that I don't even want to mention what the event is or who it pertains to. So.... even I am in a "funk".
 
Yep... My vet went down and enlisted a few days after 9/11. Now he's disabled for life. It's a rough time.
 
Sorry to hear this about your sufferers during this time. Keep being supportive. We need support even if we tell you we don't, we really honestly still do. *Salute* to your sufferers.
