Members can now stick their own threads for additional highlighting to members and guests under a new paid sticky program. Most forums have the option, some do not. If you are the thread starter, then you will see a link at the first post in your thread like below (Sticky):
You then follow the prompts through the process, return from Paypal to the donate address link Paypal gives (PTSD Forum) and your thread will be stuck.
The end result is:
The cost is $1 for 14 days, at which time it will automatically revert to a normal thread OR you can restick it at any time you choose.
Threads stuck by staff look like all other threads, and will sit above member stuck threads, just like a normal looking thread, as depicted above. Member stickies are highlighted and stuck.
