physical and emotional fatigue along with stomach and head pain

Does anyone experience physical pain for example in the stomach and sometimes along with that head pain after complete a few errands?

I've been experiencing it for 8 years now, since I left work with C-PTSD and depression. I assume I have chronic fatigue and I'm trying to resolve it.
My sleep is usually good (8-9 hours), I eat well and am moderately active with dancing and weight bearing exercises. The fatigue has improved, along
with the depression and managing the C-PTSD. I've scaled back going out, as after 2 or 3 fairly easy errands I need to come home due to fatigue and
sometimes exhaustion. I also have some kind of pain in my stomach like I have a hernia or weak stomach muscles and cann't handle the exertion.
I also some times experience head pain. It's not a headache.

Beyond normal.

As in, no way indicative of PTSD/Trauma, but simply the human condition, to experience stomach upset & headache, with stress & discontent.

Add in PTSD/Trauma? Expect more. More frequently, more severe.

Happens to me. Fatigue, headaches, muscle aches, and 'hurting guts'.
All that (for me) is a result of being in "flight and hyper vigilance mode" for too long.
Especially after a really bad flashback or nightmare, or a heavy sensory overload caused by being swamped.
After being very strung out for too long, my blood sugar drops.
A Mars (chocolate) bar and/or a mug of Decaf tea with 4-6 spoons of sugar helps.
That and sleep, aided by my "sleepy" music and a military cat nap.
Does it work for everyone? Nope, but I learned it from a friend as broken as I am.
Worked for him, works for me. Good luck.

To me, it feels like I have a hernia in my stomach after exerting myself doing a few fairly simple and easy things like picking up a few groceries and going to maybe 1 or 2 other stores to pick up some items. I understand the effects of the trauma that lead to C-PTSD. I'm not denying that, however, I don't understand the physical pain I get in my stomach and the pain in my head. I've been trying to strengthen my core slowly to see if it makes any difference with the pain. I've been taking Celexa for almost 30 years so I had a certain amount of tiredness. Fortunately, I don't have muscle pain.

I feel like I have a ball of intense emotions in my chest and its size varies with intensity. My upper back hurts from it. My sleep is very bad and the anxiety goes crazy. I physically feel the emotional dysregulation.

You may be “highly sensitive”and/or empathic, picking up and absorbing the energy of those around you. It happens to me all of the time. Qigong has been helpful along with grounding on a regular basis.
