A lifetime of building my duel worlds, the one I imagine that I'm living, and the reality that is in the background.

About a year ago two specific events shattered the barrier between my worlds..... and here I am posting a plan to keep me upright and sane.

I started meds about 4 months ago, last month it was increased (30mg celexa) and I was better.... but last weekend my stupid anger showed up...

Now here is my thing, I drive 300+ miles overnight for a living, very little of this is on an interstate hwy.

Soon my route will change to 450 miles a night and half of it will be interstate driving.

I KNOW I'M GOING TO BE VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS CHANGE.

So does it make sense to ask me Dr to max out my meds to help me cope with the added stress of interstate driving, (10 mg more then I'm at max dose for celexa).

Has any one else done this???

Good way of stating how we view ourselves as to how we may actually be in life. There are legal rulings on sleep and drive time, if for your occupation. I'd seriously question the necessity of taking the route you've been assigned and the time to complete your efforts. My dual world has turned from the one I ignored, the real parts as opposed to what I wanted, as an effectual candidate for whatever I tried. Good Luck.
