Hello Lovely people.
I am new here - Just today, my therapist gave me the link to this site.
I'm looking for a supportive place and to help others of course.
I have diagnosed PTSD for multiple traumas.
Currently in therapy.
My name is Sammy and I'm 25 years old.

Hi Sammy,

Yep, you can set up a trauma diary where you can rant in the diaries section. You can make it public or use the members only section. Up to you. There you can write about whatever you need to as long as you're following forum policy.
