We have some people doing research somewhere on track, like neurosciences. This stuff just muddies the waters and is sort of...embarrassing. I have a great immune system. Has nothing to do with my meltdowns. But would some people buy a vaccine for PTSD if it was marketed? Probably, because they don't care about science. Many people just want to be told what to do and how they can bubble wrap themselves from all harm. Too little healthy skepticism in these days of quick bits of information and unchecked consumerism. Someone needed to do some novel research, that's all, or work towards a new almighty pharmaceutical. If they were interested in fighting for a good cause, they'd join the better research already happening and not try to make a weirdly distinct mark for themselves (or another pharmaceutical). Just how I see this kind of thing.
I wish I would have gotten the vaccination before I went home from the hospital as a baby...and maybe a booster before being assaulted. Probably life would be just fine now. ;)
