Yesterday I made a cup of tea. Or rather, yesterday I put the kettle on to make a cup of tea, put the teabag in the cup, took the cup through to the sitting room and tried to drink it. It being a dry teabag in a cup. LOL!

I spaced out and ran a red light

I don't run red lights but I can get really dangerous at roundabouts. I just sort of GOGOGO when I really should give way - it's like some impulsive part of me takes over. I hate that I do this, but I do it often. Twice on the way home today, for instance. :/

When you type a word different then the one you mean. Like, today, while typing something out and typed "rain" for "range". Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't do that a lot. Thankfully I caught it.

I tried to scan my hand to get me through the tube (train) gates. We have Cards here that look like bank cards. How I thought it wasn't necessary to take mine out of my bag and that my hand would work instead I don't know. :oops::) Figured it out after a few attempts.

A gutter fell down in the driveway last night due to the bad winds. I did not see it so I ran over it. Now we have to get it fixed. I feel bad about that. I hope it does not do anything to the tire. Geez.

I love it. I hate it when I can't remember if I'm getting up or lying down. And that name for this thread would have so fit my life.

I had to laugh at this thread because it is so me, my new name is space cadet, because I am constantly on another planet.

I am a fairly good cook, but now I burn everything because I walk off and forget it, I can't even cook oven fries without burning them.

I nearly ran into a truck early this week because I failed to see the massive truck I tried to cut off, until he was repeatedly honking at me, and I had to go in the emergency lane to avoid hitting him at 110kms an hour.

I can't remember whether I took my medication 5 minutes before, or just thought about it, every night.

I lost the back up drive from work because I can't remember what I did with it, $250 to replace.

I asked someone at work if they were going on holiday, because I didn't remember I had booked them on a business trip the week before, and actually had to check to see if I had organized the plane tickets because I couldn't remember even doing it.

I have been known to iron the teatowels, and then find them neatly ironed in the bin later.:wtf:

I tried to drink my wine last night and couldn't figure out why it wasn't happening. After a few attempts realised it was the salt cellar. :wacky: One would think the fact that it was big and blue might have given me a hint...
